Cynthia Alarcón has worked with the Migrant Education Program at ESU 7 since 2009. As Migrant Coordinator, she assists in the implementation of instructional and support services for migrant students and their families. Cynthia also coordinates the Title III: Limited English and Immigrant Education Grant for consortium districts. Cynthia graduated from Morningside College in 2006. She received her teaching certification from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 2012. Cynthia will complete her Masters of Education Degree in May 2015! Cynthia enjoys working with migrant students and providing individualized services to meet their academic needs!
