About Title IA

Title I is a federal program that provides funds to school districts and schools with high numbers or high percentages of children who are disadvantaged to support a variety of services. It's overall purpose is to ensure that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach, at a minimum, proficiency on challenging state academic achievement standards and assessments. The grant contains provisions for ensuring that children who are disadvantaged enrolled in private schools also benefit from the academic enrichment services funded with Title I, Part A funds. ESU7 Title IA Cooperative offers reading and math instructional support for students to improve skills.

Larianne Polk

Chief Administrator

ext. 1001

Larianne's responsibility is to provide purposeful leadership to our member school districts. Our Mission Statement is the foundation from where our work starts and the guide for our work to come. Through partnerships with school districts, we provide services and support to help schools reach their goals of improving student achievement. There are many opportunities educators will encounter. Our desire is to provide services and support to fill the gaps these opportunities may create.
